My service as a buyers agent is free to you and I will save you thousands of dollars with my experience and negotiation skills. I am paid by the listing office Brokerage if purchase a home with me.

I’m willing to work for you now regardless if you are ready to buy now, or 2 years from now.

Here is the service that you will receive if you decide to work with me:

• Receive daily updates on new listings in the markets based on your criteria. Just let me know if your requirements change, I will adjust my search criteria.
• Receive an account on my website to search local MLS that is updated daily and has current listings. You have an unlimited amount of searches at your fingertips.
• Comparative market analysis (CMA), sales history, market time, and tax records for all properties of your interest.
• Professional and experienced help with either the buying or selling process.
• Help with financing.
• Information on the neighborhood, demographics and local schools.
• You can expect prompt and honest answers to your questions and concerns.

When you are ready to buy:

• Negotiate the best price and terms of the purchase, saving you thousands of dollars.
• Help you with home inspection and post inspection negotiations.
• Help with unexpected circumstances that might arise after you enter into a contract on the property that you want to buy.
• Receive a closing gift from me as a token of my appreciation.

This is much more than most Realtors provide on a good day, especially if you are not ready to buy yet.
