Exclusive Buyer VIP program Details

How It Works:

You will get a rebate 1% of a sales price if you buy property for $450,000 and up.

You will get a rebate 0.5 % of a sales price if you buy property for $150,000 to $450000.

You will not get any rebate to property that was sold below $150,000, but you still save lots of money when you let John Herman to negotiate the price for your purchase.

Our Exclusive Buyer VIP program is very popular. Most of the companies that give you cash back do not provide any of the money saving services that John Herman does. That is why you need to be qualified to become VIP Buyer:

• You must be ready and motivated to buy within a short period of time
• You must apply and sign up for our exclusive VIP buyers program before or no later than first showing with John Herman.
• You must enter into Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement with John Herman Hometown Real Estate.
• You must have a recent mortgage pre-approval letter from a financial institution before you contact us.
• You must be willing to accept a large rebate check from John Herman Hometown Real Estate within 45 days after closing.
